Seminar on energy saving took place in Orel. The main aim of the seminar was to develop the priorities specific regulatory, legal and technical solutions in energy saving sphere.
The discussion was attended by representatives of the Regional Government, energy companies, industrial and financial enterprises, research and design organizations and educational institutions. Workshop participants agreed on the necessity of introduction of an integrated approach on the solution of actual problems of energy conservation and efficiency.
Orel autonomous public institution showed the participants a new project - collective center "Renewable, independent energy sources and energy efficiency." According to its manager, head of the Energy Department Alexander Vinogradov, the centre is engaged in scientific research, provides advisory services and allows customers to save time on finding companies that implement energy efficiency programs.
