Mitsubishi Electric's stylish Zen range has been awarded a new 'Quiet Mark' of approval to the indoor air conditioning units from the Noise Abatement Society which has just awarded a new 'Quiet Mark' of approval to the indoor air conditioning units.
The Zen Series, which has already won plaudits for its style by securing an IF (International Forum) Product Design Award 2011, has been styled to complement modern, contemporary commercial spaces. The wall-mounted air conditioning models seamlessly blend energy efficiency with sophisticated streamlined design to offer a stylish addition to anyone specifying a high end interior design.
The sleek and polished design of the Zen indoor unit has been built with chic elegance in mind and combines good looks with an A-rated energy saving performance.
Zen units will deliver cooling capacities of between 2.5 and 5.0kW and heating capacities of between 3.2 and 5.8kW. They also come with an advanced 'silent mode' fan speed setting that provides ultra-silent operation as low as 21dB.
Three sizes are available in a luxurious high-gloss black, silver or white finish.
The models offer COPs (Coefficient of Performance) of between 3.71 and 4.57 and can link to a choice of 13 different outdoor units.
