Ensival Moret, an internationally recognized designer and manufacturer of industrial pumps, has introduced a new product line of heavy-duty solids handling pumps. The company has over 60 years experience supplying pumps to various global industries. Its new slurry pump line is specifically designed for the rigorous demands of the aggregate (building materials), chemical, and mineral processing industries.
The new EMW range is available in two versions:
- Extra Heavy Duty Metal Slurry Pump (EMW-M): Ensival Moret developed its new EMW-M pump by combining decades of experience with current market requirements. The result was a robust hard iron solids handling pump that offers optimized hydraulics and attractive maintenance features.
- Extra Heavy Duty Rubber Slurry Pump (EMW-R): The EMW-R pump offers a flexible construction alternative, featuring elastomer rubber components to complete Ensival Moret’s product range for pumping of corrosive and non-cutting abrasive slurries.
The EMW pump easily converts between either the rubber or metal configurations in the field to handle specific conditions. The heavy-duty bearing offers a bearing life of more than 50.000 Hours and features shaft seals impermeable to outside contamination from equipment wash downs. Common and available bearings ensure maximum interchangeability.
The EMW pump has been designed with state-of-the-art fluid flow modeling technologies and finite element analysis; this innovative technology offers high hydraulic efficiencies for optimized wear life performance in difficult solids handling applications. The flow capacity ranges up to 17,600 US gpm.
