The installation of the first in the Baikal region wind-solar power plant is started in the Irkutsk region. The facility is being built in the village Onguren Olkhon district. The project foresees the installing of wind turbines and solar panels along with diesel generators.
Generating capacity produced by the power plant will be about 100 kW. All work on the construction of overhead transmission lines 0.4-10 kV will be performed by a unitary state energy company "Oblkommunenergo". Totally the energy company will build 1 km of overhead lines, 4-0-10kV with self-supporting insulated wire and installation of 31 concrete pillars. In addition three transformer substation will be built.
