The United Document Center building reconstruction is completed in St. Petersburg. The house has been on reconstruction since 2008. The United Document Center is a complex which acts on the ‘Single Window’ system and offers a full range of services in registration documents.
The reconstruction project included the redevelopment of premises with the laying of new or existing restoration of necessary communications and life support systems including ventilation and air conditioning systems.
The conditioning equipment General was chosen to solve the problem of creating a comfortable air climate. This equipment has the highest reliability and advanced technical capabilities. The project was implemented on the basis of multi-zone systems, series J, S, V, V II, and split cassette-type and wall-type systems with total cooling capacity 1880 kW. 57 outdoor and 594 indoor units were installed during the reconstruction period in the building. Indoor cassette units are used for visitors rooms and staff offices rooms. Because of the inability of the outdoor unit installation to the roof the installation was carried out with brackets on the front yard of the building.
Equipment supply, installation and commissioning were carried out by "RVK Engineering" ltd. (St. Petersburg), the "Airtech Group" dealer. Airtech Group is an authorized partner of the "JAC" company, an exclusive General air conditioning distributor in the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
