The awarding of the winners of the annual competition VIII top consumers of the companies' Belgorodenergosbyt electric power" was held on May 30 in the concert hall of the Officer House. Last year the company sold 9.7 billion kilowatt hours of electricity. The number of consumers of legal entities increased by 675 organizations, more clients and among individuals appeared, their quantity increased to more than 29,000.
Much attention is given to expanding the network of customer service. Customer service center (CSC) was opened in 2011 in the village of Dubovoye (Belgorod Region), the building in the town of Shebekino was renovated, payment office in the village of Proletarskiy Rakityansk Region started work. This year we plan to open two CSC in the center of Belgorod and Valuiki. Now the business office centers are located in the final stages of construction. "Being closer to the clients of the company - that's one of the directions in our work", - Maxim said.
