Volga Federal District was selected for the program start. At the end of January in the city of Togliatti Engineering and Technology Center (ITC) "Biokond-Volga" was created and began its work. It is a branch of the regional representation "Biokond-Volga". The geography of the new center includes the cities of Samara, Ulyanovsk and Orenburg regions, except for the Samara, which remains in charge of the representation.
Engineering and Technical Center "Biokond-Volga" will take the decision to a wide range of tasks and will provide support to climatic companies in the region especially those dealing with industrial and semiindustrial air conditioning systems. The center will carry out design and survey activities, supervision, assistance in the design of engineering systems at the facilities, technical advice and service support. This new ETC has all capabilities. "Biokond" technicians are professionals of the highest level who have vast experience in designing, engineering, installation of climate control systems for objects of varying complexity from houses, hotels and restaurants to multi-functional business centers, hypermarkets, industrial enterprises.
