In November 2011 three Kohma (Ivanovo region) schools and preschool institutions installed individual water meters "Energostrazh"
Five energy saving (diode) lamps for the street lighting were also installed within the framework of the pilot project.

Currently individual metering devices purchase is being carried out to be installed in municipal apartments, in an amount of 275 pc.
In December 2011 a targeted municipal program started in Kohma. According to the program 42 all-house metering devices are to be installed.
