Program of recycling in Omsk

"Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)" and Omsk cleaning company "Standard Plus" have signed a cooperation agreement with the Government of the Omsk region. According to the the agreement, a program of recycling will be implemented in the Omsk region. The latest energy-efficient technologies will be applied within the framework of this agreement.
It is also planned to close the landfills, to collect landfill gas and to processthe  household waste for fuel and lubricants. For the project  financing more than 2 billion rubles will be spent.
