The regular meeting of the State Duma Committee on Energy took place, which considered the bill № 83773-6 On Amending Article 16 of the Federal Law "On energy saving and energy efficiency and on Amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation", made by the Novgorod Regional Duma. The Committee reviewed the bill and decided to support it in the first reading.
