Developers of new Winner Split Series celebrate another victory. The new General product has received the third international award. This time it has got the Red Dot Design Awards 2012.
Earlier the Winner Series was named the best by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP) in the category "Residential air conditioners" and won the iF Product Design Award jury recognition.

The Red Dot Design Award (styled "red dot design award") is an international product design prize awarded by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen, Germany.[1] There are prize categories for product design, design agencies, and design concepts. Since 1955, designers and producers can apply for the prizes with the winners being presented in an annual ceremony. Winning products are presented in the Red Dot Design Museum on the premises of the historical Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex in Essen. The Red Dot Design Award has more than 11,000 submissions from 61 countries.
The Red Dot is awarded in three different categories: Product design / design team, Communication design, Design concept. Nominees are assessed on such criteria as innovation, functionality, environmental friendliness, ergonomics and durability.
