He also noted that according to the order of Governor Alexander Misharin additional measures of the state support to the companies of real sector would be foreseen next year, which had outlined measures to improve energy efficiency. "The possibility of rate subsidies on loans to such companies are being discussed," the Minister added.
The regional program for energy conservation and energy efficiency is active in the Sverdlovsk region for 2010-2015. The program aims to strengthen action and a to widen range of instruments of state energy policy, capable of reducing the energy consumption of gross regional product of the Sverdlovsk region by 2020 by at least 40 percent in relation to the level of 2007.
