The Governor of Moscow region Sergey Shoigu proposed to install individual boilers at homes of one of the regional towns. If the experiment results well, within five years, the entire area will be transferred to the individual heating.
Shoigu said that 350 km of networks were repaired annually in the region and the demand was 2.5 thousand km. To solve this problem the governor proposed to install individual boilers in the houses, so there would be only the need for water supply and sewerage networks.
Shoigu instructed the heads of regional towns to work out a program of investment in housing and to inform him until the 15th of August. Investment programs should be directed to transfer the gas boiler station to the gas fuel, new boiler stations building, energy conservation projects, and one hundred percent on the gasification of the region.
