The energy saving programs have been approved in 60 municipal districts of the Moscow Region. It was reported by the press service of Mosoblduma. Unfortunately most of the approved programs do not meet the requirements established by public authority due to the lack of funding and qualified staff, so the press service of the Committee on Construction.
Committee Chairman Vladimir Dupak promised to do everything possible to resolve these problems, which were very important for the inhabitants of the region.
