The uniting process of the high voltage, middle voltage and low voltage networks which was announced half a year ago has suddenly reverced. The Russian energy minister Alexander Novak said he found it wrong to combine these companies. Deputy Prime Ministers Arkadiy Dvorkovich and Igor Shuvalov also supported the rejection of the union.
The minister thought the ideal variant was to leave everything as it had been and gradually to bring into the market the distributing complex with the investment attracting.
