General Air Conditioners were awarded with the prize "2012 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award", which is given to the electronics which have gained the greatest recognition of the buyers in Australia and New Zealand. This year the poll was conducted among 2,500 consumers who purchased appliances not earlier than two years ago. They were asked to evaluate the experience of using technology in 7 categories: price, quality of after-sales service, reliability, ease of use, functionality, noise and energy efficiency. Each of these characteristics was evaluated on a scale. General was the only one which has received 5 points on all seven items and was named the leader of the individual rankings, it is the brand that meets the needs and demands of customers best of all.
The winner got the right to use the award logo in their advertising campaigns which is a major advantage in the policy of promoting the brand in the local market.
