A pitot project to errect the first building with a high energy efficiency grade is starting in September 2011 in Saransk (the capital of the Republic of Mordovia).The construction of an apartment house with 8 apartments using energy-efficient technologies will be realized as a part of a regional selective program to move tenants of houses under the threat of collapse.
The project financing is carried out with the participation of the Public Service Infrastructure Reformation Assistance Fund.
As the Ministry of Public Service and Civil Defence of the Republic of Mordovia the project budget accounts for 19.2 million Russian roubles.
The spadeworks are carried out at the present moment: The building project is being working out, a competitive tender for contract works on the house construction will take place soon.
