The Perm regional authorities informed that the region would receive a 65,6 million roubles grant from the state treasury for the energy saving measures. And the regional budget funds are spent on the energy inspection of the government-financed organization, installation of the meters in them, replacement of the luminescent lamps. Subsidy for the local budgets for the installation of the aggregate meters in residential area and others. The regional administration press-service expected that the results of the program realization should be a 3 percent annual cost reduction of the fuel and energy resources in the housing and communal services.
